The hatchery is the heart of poultry production, where fertilized eggs are carefully incubated to hatch healthy chicks.Here, we have the process begins with collection, followed by grading and setting them in setters maintained at precise temperature and humidity. After 18 days, eggs are transferred to hatchers, where chicks emerge within the next 3 days.
Daily monitoring of environmental conditions, turning schedules, and candling results is crucial to ensure optimal hatchability. Once hatched, chicks are counted, vaccinated, graded, and prepared for dispatch. The hatchery dashboard offers real-time tracking of egg batches, incubation progress, chick output, and hatch rates to support efficient, data-driven decision-making.
